  • Assisting you to find out what you need to do to create a mindset that will move you forward and get you what you want rather than holding you back.

Thai Massages

The perfect way to rest and rejuvenate in-between classes. Included in your stay are 3 Thai Massages for you to enjoy. Just a short stroll from your bungalow the Bliss Day Spa awaits nestled amongst the ocean cliff face offering a full body treatment menu.

Pilates Workshops


Alex (@aok_keepmoving) is back again this year delivering 2 Pilates Workshops. Her workshops create the Perfect opportunity to learn more about Pilates for your body and explore the potential you have to increase your strength and stability. Alex's workshops are great for guests new to Pilates or those wanting to enrich their practise. 

Day Spa Experience & Dinner 

We take you to indulge in a spa experience like no other. A secluded venue tucked away in the forest where you will spend time relaxing in herbal steam caves, applying natural handmade body scrubs, immersing in plunge pools and waterfalls.  A dining experience at The Page restaurant is also included during your week. Located at the Library Hotel we take the opportunity to spend an evening indulging in some amazing local dishes.

Pilates

This retreat is perfect for all levels of Pilates experience. Your Pilates class schedule evolves with you as we slowly start to introduce challenges specifically for you during your stay.


Your experienced instructors take you on a Pilates journey that will have you feeling and seeing the benefits immediately.  With 2 instructors on hand during each class you can be sure your technique and any questions you have regarding the Pilates Method will be addressed, making it perfect for the beginner to advanced client. Pilates classes include the use of resistance bands, Pilates circles and chi balls to assist and challenge you all the way.


Reformer workouts are the ultimate must-have for a Pilates retreat and we have 2 amazing workouts scheduled. Whether you are new or advanced to reformer a challenging workout awaits.

However, we understand that some days you just need to rest, slow down and spend some time by the beach.
